ברוכים הבאים לאתר של קבוצת פתרונות מימון לעסקים ופרטיים בע״מ (להלן: "החברה"). השימוש באתר ובתכנים המוצגים בו כפוף לתנאי השימוש המפורטים להלן.
גלישה באתר או ביצוע הזמנת שירות מהווים הסכמה מלאה מצדך לתנאים אלו
1. שירותי החברה והצגתם באתר
האתר מספק מידע אודות שירותי החברה, הכוללים ייעוץ עסקי, אנליזה פיננסית, בדיקות היתכנות והפקת דוחות מקצועיים.החברה שומרת לעצמה את הזכות לשנות, לעדכן או להפסיק את השירותים המוצעים באתר בכל עת וללא הודעה מוקדמת
2. הגבלת אחריות המידע והתכנים
הגבלת אחריות המידע והתכנים באתר ניתנים כפי שהם ("As-Is"). החברה משקיעה מאמצים רבים כדי להבטיח את דיוק המידע, אך אינה אחראית לכל טעות, השמטה או נזק ישיר או עקיף שעלול להיגרם כתוצאה מהסתמכות על המידע באתר.השירותים הניתנים על ידי החברה מהווים כלי עזר לקבלת החלטות, ואינם מחליפים ייעוץ משפטי, בנקאי או השקעות רשמי.
3. קניין רוחני
קניין רוחני כל הזכויות באתר, לרבות עיצוב האתר, קוד מקור, טקסטים, לוגו, סימני מסחר ותמונות, שייכות בלעדית לחברה. אין להעתיק, לשכפל, להפיץ או לעשות שימוש מסחרי כלשהו בתכני האתר ללא אישור מפורש בכתב מהחברה
4. סמכות שיפוט
סמכות שיפוט על הסכם זה יחולו אך ורק דיני מדינת ישראל. סמכות השיפוט הבלעדית בכל מחלוקת הנוגעת לשימוש באתר או לשירותי החברה תהיה נתונה לבתי המשפט המוסמכים במחוז תל אביב-יפו.
מדיניות ביטולים
1). אופי השירות ואספקת והחברה מספקת שירותי ייעוץ ובדיקה המבוססים על עיבוד מידע ומאгרי נתונים מקצועיים.אספקת השירות הראשוני (בדיקת היתכנות/דוח) מבוצעת באופן דיגיטלי ישירות ללקוח, ומסתיימת עם שליחת התוצאות או מתן המענה המקצועי.
2). מדיניות ביטול עסקה והחזרים כספיים בהתאם לתקנות הגנת הצרכן (ביטול עסקה), התשע"א-2010, וחוק הגנת הצרכן, התשמ"א-1981:שירותים הניתנים לייצור/ביצע מיידי:
מאחר שמדובר בשירותי מידע, אנליזה ובדיקות המבוצעים מיד עם הזמנתם ובהתאמה אישית, לא ניתן לבטל את העסקה או לקבל החזר כספי לאחר שהחברה החלה בביצוע העבודה או לאחר שהתקבלו תוצאות הבדיקה.
ביטול טרם תחילת ביצוע: לקוח רשאי לבטל את השירות ולקבל החזר כספי מלא (בניכוי דמי ביטול כחוק בגובה 5% מעלות השירות או 100 ש"ח, לפי הנמוך מביניהם), וזאת כל עוד החברה לא החלה בביצוע הבדיקה או בעיבוד הנתונים עבור הלקוח.
תוצאות הבדיקה: מובהר כי התשלום עבור שירותי הבדיקה והאנליזה הינו עבור עצם ביצוע העבודה המקצועית והקצאת המשאבים, ואינו מותנה בתוצאה כזו או אחרת של הבדיקה.
3). תנאים מיוחדים ומחלוקות בכל מקרה של אי-הבנה או טענה לגבי טיב השירות, הלקוח מתחייב לפנות תחילה לשירות הלקוחות של החברה בכתב לצורך בירור והסדרת הנושא, בטרם פנייה לגורם שלישי או לחברת האשראי.החברה שומרת לעצמה את הזכות להציע זיכוי למימוש עתידי בשירותי החברה, בהתאם לשיקול דעתה הבלעדי ולפנים משורת הדין.

Cancellation Policy
The Company provides business consulting, feasibility studies, financial analysis, and report generation for businesses and private clients. Please read this Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before making a payment
Nature and Delivery of Service The Company provides consulting and analysis services based on information processing and professional databases .The delivery of the initial service (feasibility check/report) is performed digitally directly to the client and is completed upon sending the results or providing the professional response.
Cancellation and Refund Policy In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981, and Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 2010:Services for Immediate Execution/Production: Since the services involve custom information processing, analysis, and checks executed immediately upon order, transactions cannot be canceled, and no refunds will be issued once the Company has commenced work or after the results have been delivered. Cancellation Prior to Execution: A client may cancel the service and receive a full refund (subject to a statutory cancellation fee of 5% of the transaction value or 100 ILS, whichever is lower), provided that the Company has not yet begun the check or data processing for the client. Results of the Evaluation: It is clarified that the payment for the evaluation and analysis services is for the performance of the professional work and resource allocation itself, and is not contingent upon any specific outcome or result of the check.
Dispute Resolution In any case of misunderstanding or claim regarding the quality of the service, the client undertakes to contact the Company’s customer service in writing to resolve the matter before contacting any third party or credit card company. The Company reserves the right to offer credit for future services at its sole discretion and as a gesture of goodwill.
